The login functions, for example - we constantly had problems with people being logged out of the news section even though they were still logged into the forums.

The discussion thread thingy where a thread is started in the forums - this is not secure enough, so that we had some 2,800 threads started by robots.

Vivvo is a *great* CMS for the money. But it's a bit buggy and requires you to learn yet another templating system in addition to the vB one.
