I made a YouTube video which a lot of work went into, and a week later someone had taken my video and added an advertisement for an unrelated site right at the beginning of it. Below's the message I sent them.

I need you to remove your infringing copy of my VoodooBall video as soon as possible. I will be filing a copyright complaint within the next few days if it remains up, and I am well within my rights to pursue action under the DMCA against you, as I have given no authorization to anyone to use my video in such a manner.
