Okay, How do I go about changing my forums into an social networking site??

Such has, bebo and myspace?

index loads up a page etc similar to bebo and myspace and you after joining you can upload pics etc etc and change your profiles??

You would require major modifications to the style.

why would you want vbulletin to do that? it's a forum software.
