I would like to change this color (see red arrows in the attachment).

Somebody gave a useful tip a few days ago.... take an image of the page and open it in Photoshop. Use the eyedrop tool to find the actual color. Then search in Main CSS for that color.

I'm not positive, but if I recall that is either panel or panelsurround.

The outset border needs to be changed via the .js file though. That's a pain for a lot of people to figure out at first.
