Help with simple postbit modification needed

Hi all,

I want to change the postbit so that, when you click on the username, it takes you directly to its public profile page instead of giving you the little float window with the user options.

I am on 3.6.5 and AFAIK the relevant code section to edit should be this:

How would I need to change it?
