Moved site and now unable to login
Hi
I recently moved my forum to a new server and at the clients request the forum moved from: http://community.domain.com/community/forum to http://forum.domain.com/forum However I am now unable to login using my admincp to change the required settings, i can login to the forum, post etc.. people can join, but when one tries to access the admincp i just keep being redirected to the login page instead of the cp. Any help would be fantastic if you know how I can get around this? Thanks Ben --------------- Added [DATE]1224233381[/DATE] at [TIME]1224233381[/TIME] --------------- I should say its on version 3.5.4, i'm looking to upgrade once I can login to solve these issues. Thanks |

Please upload tools.php from the 'do_not_upload' folder of your vBulletin distribution to your admincp directory. Now point your browser to admincp/tools.php.
Reset the cookie Domain and Path to the default values. Once your problem is fixed please remove tools.php again from the server. If this does not solve your problems, please clear your browser cookies and cache, restart your browser and try again. |
