Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Please help.

I access my Forum 15 times daily, without ever having a problem. I am using Internet Explorer 7.0.

Today, I can't access my website (forum) via Internet Explorer?

I called friends, and they have no problem. I got into AOL and had no problem (well no real problem as access via AOL is difficult). I am able to connect to the website via my mobile phone via Internet Explorer without any probs.

* I tried 20 different websites from my Internet Explorer, and am not having a problem connecting to them. Including this one:-)
* I first performed a System Restore to last Thursday's Date successfully, and it didn't work.
* I went into Internet Explorer and Reset all settings, and it didn't work.
* I checked with my server, and all seems to be ok.
* I haven't made any changes to my admin except for banning IP addresses, which I do every day.

CAN YOU ADVISE ME ON WHAT TO DO?

SOLVED> Because I accessed my site so many times from my specific IP address. The server BANNED IT.
