You need to explain more about this switching off adverts. Is it a client side program to switch off adverts? If so, a hosts file and Adblock make it redundant. Or is it a server side thing like the Zoints network for standardising paying for ad removal across multiple websites? If so, that's innovative, but I'm not sure if it would catch on.
