I want to give my moderators the ability to change every title of every thread in all forums.
I know, this can be done for moderators in THEIR forums. But I want it different. I don't want to change them all to supermods ... just that permission for title-changing. How? Thanks a lot! Marcel |

One thing you can do is make a seperate usergroup with the permissions you want, then add your mods to that group.

Except editing other users posts/threads/titles isn't an option anywhere in the usergroup permissions - it's only an option on the Edit Moderator screen.
I don't know of a way for you to do this and I don't know that I've seen a mod for it. However, you can go to the modifications forum and select Moderators Functions > Show All in the search area at the top of the forum. |

So you want to have your moderators moderate forums for which they are not assigned as moderator?
You should either add them all as moderator to all forums or make them a S.Mod. |

I don't want them as supermod. And I just want them to moderate their forums.
But changing titles is something very important and should be done through all moderators, even in forums they don't moderate. |
