Help Please
Hey i have just updated to the latest Vbulletin version and it has created some errors on my site www.dogforum.com.au
It doesnt list the Breed forums under its appropriate Tab. Also it had added duplicate catagories down the bottom of the site. Please help! |

You are using a customized style and I would guess that you have no updated the templates in the style. (Or, you reverted them instead of updating them.)

Yes, reverting makes them go back to default. Updating them is simply taking your templates and updating them with the new Jelsoft code. You usually need to do one of those two things to any modified templates when you upgrade a site.

How can i fix the template so it was how it was originally?

You hit Revert to make it how it originally was, but make sure you save a copy of the template if you think you may want to go back to it.

The problem may be that you aren't the one that modified the templates, and you have no idea how. Don't feel bad, most of us can't (or won't) do it either.
You may want to go to the Paid Services forum and hire someone to do it. |
