The best way to find the template being used is: vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code.

If you do that, you'll see that is it in the template 'showthread_quickreply' Take a look at that template and see if it is the one you are interested in.
