Install:
+Go to admin Cp
+Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select
+'product-popular_forums.xml' then İmport.
+and Add anywhere on Forumhome "$pforums"

Settings:
vBulletin Options->Popular Forums
