Forum order by post count?
Is there a mod or plug-in that will automatically sort sub forums based on post count?
I searched but either I suck at search or there isn't anything. |

You mean number of replies? Go to Forum Manager > edit the forum > Default Sort Field > Number of Replies

No, that would only change the threads that are inside the subforums.
What I have is this.... I have a forum heading called 4x4 Clubs. Under that heading I have 12 4x4 club forums listed. Right now I had to go in and put the clubs in whatever order I want them displayed in. I want it to display in the order of what club has the most replies or posts...whatever you want to call it. This would be an incentive to boost post count because no club wants to be the last on the list. |

Ah, I see. I don't know of a mod like this. If you use the datastore_cache, then this would be quite difficult to write since the forums and forum orders are stored in there. You'd almost have to write a cron job to rewrite the datastore_cache every x minutes or something like that. I'm not exactly sure how involved something like this would be.
