Does this look overwhelming?
<a href="http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u99/djxcee/Carz/Forums_1222252330671.png" target="_blank">http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u...2252330671.png</a>
I have a lot of forums. hope it looks simple and clean. What do you guys think? |

I would suggest leveraging thread prefixes versus a sub forum for each sub segment of discussion. When the forum starts to get busy, THEN segment when forums become too crowded. Otherwise you will spread your activity too thin over too many forums. In fact, in my experience, the number 1 item to kill new sites is excessive amounts of forums.
Start with few, then add as it makes more sense. Good luck |

maybe a drop down menu for subforums would be good , but looking good so far, keep it up .

hum, the variances of brands among cars models may be a problem if you try to cover them all... wouldn't it be more practical to have something like regional industries, or type of make, instead of one single category?
