Question about Email Registration
Is there a way to limit which email accounts someone can register with? For example, some people like to use emails from personal websites (ex. JoeSmith@MyWebsite.com). Usually, these addresses don't accept my emails. So is there a way to only allow the "normal" hosts, like Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc?
Thanks. |

search "email" "all mods" "titles only" and you'll find what you want.

Okay, I found it. :P
What emails do you think I should allow? Just Yahoo, Hotmail, and Gmail? Would that seem fair? |

I don't know. I've never found the need to do something like that.

AOL is a big provider - as well as comcast.net and some other companies, I know a few people with netscape.net as their email and what not - My suggestion is to find the bigger/more popular internet providers, and allow access to their email accounts as well - And maybe a place on your site, for people to send in a request for allowance of an email (if you dont have it or something)
Just what popped into my head |
