Age limit on certain forums?

Um, that is easier then writing a program but if you insist you can simply take todays date and subtract their birthdate and get how old they are. Then, you write a plugin and if they are too young they are blocked. Now, you also need to modify any of the searches, archive, portals, etc to ensure that the posts don't show plus don't forget about the hover previews.

Or, you can do what was suggested which is the easy way to do it
