Automatic Bans not working
hay guise!
The automatic ban system isn't working Here's my settings: If anyone knows why the users aren't being automatically banned that would be a great help thanks leslie |

Just form what you showed in Image, your Primary and Ban user group are same. So if the Member is not in Jail Bait or Ban group, then they will not be moved to Banned. And if they are in Ban group then what's the point in Banning them. :|
Another thing, if you issue Warning instead of Infraction, then it will not Ban him no matter how many times you warn them. Some more info will certainly help. Shishir |

Thanks shishir! I thought 'Primary usergroup' means what you want their primary usergroup to change to. It's working great now
