Well, if you want to allow users to use the url tag, then you need to click next to Allow Link BBCode.

Then you need to either write it differently

[url="https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=189291"]example[/ulr] or install a mod that automatically puts in the thread title. I think I saw one, but have no idea how well it works - Replace URL's With Page Title
