Help Please!! How do I fix this?
I have a few super mods, that I need to be able to have the ability of course of a Super Mod. But it turns out, when they buy a subscription thru our paid suscriptions, the vbulletin adds them as a paid subscriber for a default usergroup that they pay for to have more options, etc for supporting the site. They are also in the Super Mod usergroup, but seem to lose their super mod privelages. They are still allowed to stick, unstick, move posts, etc but only in forums that they are assigned to and NOT any others.
Any idea how to fix this? One of the perks of the paid membership options, is for them to have bigger storage for PMs, bigger avatars, etc. Other things like that that they need to be in the paid subscription member group as default, etc. Hope this makes sense. |

Why not just set the Supermods to have more storage, bigger avatars, etc., so they don't need to become paid members?
Seems to me you should still be able to set them manually to the paid member group as an 'additional usergroup'? |
