I wanna edit my header(banner) and add my domain name and slogon to it.

Can someone tell me were this file is located and how do i edit this.

The location of the banner image is defined in the settings for your style.

No such PSD file exists.

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > StyleVars

You should be able to find the "Logo Image" location on that page. (It is just a JPG image).
