Vacation/Break/Away from the boards indication in user profile and postbit

We need a way for users to designate in their profile area when they will be away from the boards. This is handy both for short vacations, and for people who are taking an extended break for whatever reason. People frequently ask 'where is so and so? I haven't seen them for x amount of time' - so it would be very helpful to have an official area in the profile where people could indicate if they are away, for why, and for how long. For example, have a calendar function for them to pick the start and stop dates of their away time, or, if they are going to be on 'break' but don't know when they are coming back, a way to indicate that they are gone with no pre-defined return time, also we need a text box to indicate the reason why they are gone (vacation, work, moving, deployment, just need a break, etc)
And it would also be good to add another color to the status icon in user postbit, that shows if a user is either online or offline, we could add an 'away' option, that could be a yellow checkbox or something, that indicates the user is away from the boards for an extended or specified period of time.
