select the new threads for the member

hello,

I face a problem in my forum
that the members can put a lot of threads in the same day

and in the rules of my forum just only 3 threads are allowed in a day for each member. if more than , i remove/delete them

but I am tired now because many members do the same thing ( submit a lot of threads in the same time,more than 4 threads)
and i have to spend long time to delete/remove them

Can you tell me how can i solve this problem ?
Is there an option in Admincp to select how many threads that the member allowed to add in the day ?
or Is there any product fot this process ?

I don't see why you would want to stop members from posting. In any case, a modification would be needed, as it does not exist in a default installation of vBulletin.
