Infraction System query

True, however if there are certain guidelines and procedures to prevent those issues would be fine.

Currently the way I ran with my forum, I had it like go through a three tier system where Moderators report to SMods to Admins

Admins make the final decisions, if there was a personal dispute between staff members taken under a personal action. I would call it fair that infraction should apply to all members involved, including Admins without making the Admins look untouchable. I think it would be fair per se.

In this case, there was an SMod having a personal dispute with an Admin who had brought personal issues on the forum should have an infraction. But since the Smod can't do it and I as a Forum Administrator with the same rank as the other person can't do, I guess a good quick modication is needed for this.

If anyone is keen to make a quick modification for this, it would be awesome.
