What should I do now?

I've just rebanned a member on my own forum that had returned and basically flamed the entire forum, staff and acted incredibly elitist, but now they've basically gone to their own site and publically attacked myself and my entire site/members in public with flaming, insults and attacks, what now? Should I report them to their host for something, ignore them or what?

let them play their own game... the more they will insult you, the more kiddish they will become...

remember that the respect is not only on one side... people know that.

I think it's a good idea to listen to everyone here. I don't have much to add but I can say from experience, it's really not worth worrying about.

Have to say the above members are spot on with their posts.

I can tell you from experience also with assisting other sites, not to worry about it. In the end it will all come out who is being the real brat..and well it just isn't going to look good for that person exhibiting that type of behavior.
Members do not like to get into "wars" of business between other sites. They come to these sites to have fun and get away. Advertisers do not like to see sites that engage in this type of behavior either. This person, if advertising, will soon learn the advertisers will not tolerate it when they pull their ads from their site.
It may take some time to settle down. But I also suggest ignoring it, .
