I doubt it, allowing such an option would probably result in a lot of abuse e.t.c. and may have an effect on performance, if lots of your users are mass PMing everyone on your site.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend doing such an option. If users are Mass PMing, what is the use of thread and posts then?
