invite other from email?

Hello all,
I know the PHP script that can send an email to all your contact list, such that you give him your email, and password, and send an invitation message to all of your contact list, depending on the TEMPELATE or email that you put in. But is it possible that I can make this process after the user finishes registration in the vbulletin itself or should I make it a totally different PHP page?
