I want to allow the users of my website to upload their own created themes, so they can be downloaded by other users. How do I turn the looks and feeling of my forum into the mods/styles forum on this website showing the additional mod-information, version, rating etc... Is there a mod that can do that (free/commercial)?

Although it didn't work for me, this mod is supposed to do the trick with the general appearance:
