How do I make boards folders?

I am shopping for a style, and I ran across this website from vBulletinskinz portfolio:

http://www.wiichat.com/forum/

When you click on the websites main boards; the main boards show up as links to folders.

How can I do this for my board? Is there an Option in vBulletin Options via AdminCP?

They use vBSeo on their board (http://www.vbseo.com/) to get these nice looking urls.

I cannot find the list of features on their site!

I see (http://www.vbseo.com/purchase/), but that doesn't tell me a whole lot.

Is this product compatible w/ vBadvanced?
