I would like to upgrade my CAPTCHA to RECAPTCHA

If you are using v3.7.x, then reCAPTCHA is already included as standard.

In the AdminCP:

Select vBulletin Options -> Human Verification Options

reCAPTCHA is one of the options.

You will need to register with reCAPTCHA to get you public and private keys.
