I have vBlog installed on my forum, and I am using the postbit_legacy view. I have edited the template and I have got some bold bits. The vBlog I want to be bold, so it is like this...

But I can't find it to edit. Does anyone know where this can be done? Could anyone totally re-do my posbit_legacy for some money? Am willing to pay if needed to get it done.

I believe vBulletin Blogs adds this line dynamically through plugins. You will have to look for that plugin.
