Recently upgraded.. now today unable to log in. Did the whole reset PW, sends a new but still refuses...even after 30 mins I recieve
" Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!"
??? At a loss right now........

register new account a nd password and via phpadmin setup permissions for it as a administrator and login and fix it
