export data ouside the forum...
Does/Has anyone been working on a simple way to export data to the front of a website (outside the forum)? I'd like to show some simple headlines or "traffic grabbing data" (latest forum topic, top poster, etc.) in my website front end...outside of my forum and have the info updated on page refresh.
Comments? I'm new to .php and learning slowly... thank you!! |

Thank You...
For a newbee with no training (just diving in and attempting to swim), this looks interesting. (wipes sweat away from brow) :erm: --------------- Added [DATE]1214492688[/DATE] at [TIME]1214492688[/TIME] --------------- I was able to send the rss of the latest postings and is working great. Without going into a full description (or maybe that is the only way to explain) can you show us an example of a Java Script for the newest member to join or the total number of posts in a period of time...say the last 30 days. Or...can I find examples in another location? |
