I like how guests can't see the link and it's only for registered users

The site is not working for me, however you will probably have more luck PM'ing the site administrator and asking them directly for the details.

I believe there is a modification on vBulletin called "Hide Links from guests" or something like that, you should be able to find it from a few searches.
