how do i set up a RSS feed (my forums)

I want to set up a RSS feed for others to use on their Sites..

how can i set up a feed?

IE

Someone comes to my site and wants to set up a Feed from my site on to their site

how can i do this?

yea i seen that i have it enable but i cannot seem to figure it out im also looking for somthing like and "RSS" icon on the topic page where a user can click on this RSS icon and grab the feed from that specific forum
