Yeah, I am using 3.7.0 with PHP 4.4.x and having the Upload from URL problem. Only a few users use that option so I told them for now just to upload from their computer as that option still works.

urlJET has me on the list to be upgraded to PHP 5.x and MySQL 5.x at some point in the near future.

I don't know of any reports with 3.7.0 and PHP 4. This problem was introduced in 3.7.1 with the new upload functions.

So if you are running 3.7.0 then you have an unrelated problem.

According to that report, it was happening with PHP 5.25. Strange...
