I'm not sure what Marco uses, but I use firefox and do what he does - search on the word and hit Highlight All and it shows every instance of that word on the page. I can also hit Next (or Previous) to have it go through all the instances of the word.

just tried, it works too ... but i think this method is 'fastless' than the other ... cause like you just said there are many instances about a single option/word ... keep in mind that the better way to search an options is by the option title ...
