Is there any way to do the following:

I want it so that once people click the "Register" they can register, and then as soon as its done, they get redirected to another Registration page were i can ask them questions such as:

What clan experience do you have?
What Gaming experience do you have?

And questions like that, and then once they have filled in all the questions they click submit, and what they have wrote, is automatically submitted into a Forum of my choice.

A little like an Application to join seperate from the Registration, but so it redirects to this page as soon as the registration is complete.

Do you understand what i mean?
