I've experienced several "mysql gone away" error situations, that ended up being linked to either improper code or something that didn't function properly after an upgrade or chance.

Print out the page that lists your installed plugins, and then start disabling/un-installing them one by one until the errors stop. Since the first error message is associated with the cybstats plugin I'd start there.

Keep disabling until the error messages stop. The culprit could be an improper configuration, or something that requires additional server configuration to properly support.
