Any experts there can tell me how easy it is to put up a rating system? And if so how do i go about it?

The rating system i wanted is fairly simple.
I have a soccer forum and wanted a rating system which allows members to rate the players in a particular match upon 10 and the player's rating will be the average of all votes.

Something very similar to what skysports is using HERE

anyone kindly answer me?

It doesn't seems like a vB feature but a standalone feature, anyways since I don't remember nothing alike, and I can't find something like that... you can request a paid mod/hack, on my case I go to Guru.com

Ok.. i have tried guru but the price is abit on the steep side isnt it.. anyone have other suggestions?
