i have a question wich also is a problem.. how can i put this disclaimer on footer..??
here i present you an image for what i want to do..

is there any module or a tamplate change?

Edit your footer template

ACP --> Style Manager --> All Style Options (GO) --> footer

I have a very similar message posted on the bottom of my two torrent forums. I have also added this text - "Any copyrighted content that is reported to the Administrators will be removed immediately." I'm not sure what you site hosts, but you may want to add that if appropriate.

If you as an individual help someone to commit a crime, you're liable to prosecution for aiding and abetting. Being an accessory to a crime is itself a serious offence, regularly attracting long prison sentences when the primary offenders receive such punishment. And so it should, you might well say.
