I just purchased vBulletin last week and got it installed without any issues. I'm trying to customize my forum and need some help. I’m looking at having a main page /w links to separate forums (depending of their geographical area). I would also like to customize each page. The problem is, I am a PHP idiot.

Can anybody help? How much would you charge?

check out vBAdvanced or some of the many addons available that create pages for you such as WebTemplates
