Hello, I am having problems with the tutorials on how to add link to the navbar. Can you make an easier tutorial please?

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> ? ? -> Navigation / Breadcrumb Templates -> navbar

Find this code. Add the code in red:

There are also easy to use hacks that are available that will allow you to change links as necessary.

I cannot find that code in my breadcrumbs. In the navbar template. I press control+F and it does not find the code. Any help?
