Ah I see what you mean...

Ok go to Admin CP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager, then select edit for the user group you wanna add the image next to..

The go to the Username HTML Markup field, you will see two empty boxes...

Enter this in both boxes:

<IMG src="http://www.speaklife.co.uk/images/valheart.gif" border="0">

change the bolded url to the URL of your image...save the changes...done.
