How do you IP ban someone?

I see the ban option, but is there even an IP ban option?

This guy on my forum keeps re-registering and spamming my board.

Sure you can. In your ACP, go to vBulletin Options > User Banning Options.

The 2nd option is for IP banning.

I did that but the same people keep coming on...... Is there a specific way your supposed to ban the IP's??

Obviously if they have dynamic IP address or are using a proxy, you might not be able to stop them.
