1 calendar with multiple masks?

hi,

how can i get my forum's calendar, to just have 1 calendar... but show different events to different people depending on their permission masks WITHOUT them having to change the calendar from the bottom right dropdown menu?

(i hope this made sense)

i hope you guys can help me, i ran a search for "calendar" and nothing in 3 pages really provided any information pertaining to my question.
