Make or edit your forum .htaccess file and add the following code

Code:

<IfModule mod_security.c>
   SecFilterEngine Off
   SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

Note, place this file in your main forum directory.

Alternative would be to ask your host to remove that rule.
