eval(standard_error($errormsg));
Hi folks,
I'm attempting to make a plugin and need a bit of advice. I know the standard error is this:- eval(standard_error($errormsg)); but how would I create an error (displaying var $errormsg), pause and then go back 1 step (which would be the reply editor). Thanks in advance. W.> |

standard_error() stops execution, as there is an error . Maybe what you are looking for is standard_redirect().

OK let me see if I can explain - I'm trying to convert a few mods to work with 3.7 (im running beta 4 at the mo.)
Now in 3.8 when I use $dataman->set('visible', 0); in the newpost_process I automatically get the message "Thank you for posting! Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting. You will now be taken back to the forum. If you opted to post a poll, you will now be allowed to do so." .... BUT in 3.7 I dont get any message :s So now I'm trying to find a way of sending a post to be moderated and get the message before continuing. Any ideas? |
