rename "User CP" to something else?
is it possible to change "User CP" to maybe... "Options"
i think my target audience will be somewhat ... non pc-savvy so they may not immediately know about "User CP" and would like to better accomodate them by changing the wording. |

I just had a new moderator suggest this on a new setup last week. It's not hard to do if you're willing to edit the templates, but then you'll have to re-edit them every time you upgrade.
Better to just leave it. It's no longer just "User Options", but includes things like PMs. New users poke around and figure out this stuff quickly. |

Just edit the phrase in the navbar to whatever you like.

i tried finding this particular phrase, and i can't find it.
the template simply points to $stylevar[user_cp] somethingsomething... nowhere do i actually see "User CP" that i could directly change |

That is the phrase name you need to search for in the search phrases in the admin cp.
