Signature and Avatar URL

I wan to upload and avatar and sigature via URL but the (urls) that are use at some images host servers have a different way for the URL.

Something that start like this: http://img442.imageshack.us

I do't want the users to up load pictures and not use (IMG)

Any idea how to do this?

try bbcode permissions in admincp, it block to use img code
