Error 1054 Help - Urgent

OK ive tried running the update.php tried repairing with tools.php

this is what i have now

Disable plugins with the config.php file edit and see if you still get the error

Please elaborate on "i tried to run upgrade.php"

Also can you please provide a link to the board so we can see the error ourselfs.
